The NIMBY Clearinghouse is up and running.
I’m delighted to report that the NIMBY clearinghouse is open for business.
On that blog, you will find the latest research and references about so-called NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) behaviour.
The Clearinghouse is a collaborative project with the School of Community and Regional Planning, University of British Columbia, Vancouver. I thank Professor Leonie Sandercock and postgraduate student, Jim Beaudreau, for generous support.
For those of you who are seeking advice about so-called NIMBY behaviour, NIMBY psychology and place attachment, the NIMBY Clearinghouse is your first stop.
My hope is that the clearinghouse will become a true community resource.
